Behnam Irani Transferred To Prison Hospital

We have an urgent prayer request for pastor Behnam Irani of Karaj, Iran. He continues to suffer from bloody stool, and within the last week was so sick that he became unconscious. As a result he was finally allowed to go to the prison hospital. It appears that what he was suffering with was not intestinal, but rather a bleeding ulcer. We are thankful that he has been allowed to see a doctor and is being treated for his illness, but since the situation is so serious, we ask for your prayers for his healing. Jesus said, “If thou canst believe all things are possible,” Mark 9:23. Let’s put our faith together in prayer for our brother who is suffering and believe for his healing. Please pass the prayer request on to your churches, prayer groups, and bible studies.

We have received word that pastor Youcef Nadarkhani of Rasht, Iran, who is still in prison, is in good health and has strong faith. Neither he nor his attorneys have received any official notification from the court regarding his upcoming trial. We wonder how the attorneys can argue a case before the court if they do not know what charges are being brought. This, once again, demonstrates the dishonesty of the Iranian legal system, but our God is able to deliver and keep brother Youcef. Please stand with brother Youcef in prayer, and continue to spread the word about his situation.
Brother Alireza Seyyedian in Evin Prison in Tehran, Iran, is serving out a six year sentence for crimes against the order. He was convicted because he was active in Christian ministry. The Lord is keeping him in good physical and mental health. He has asked that believers around the world pray for him, so please pray and pass the word to others about his situation and ask them to pray as well. We have more information about him here.
