The vision and the passion that drives me in the ministry to the Middle East is very simply preaching the message of the Gospel to Muslims so they can experience the life-changing power of God in Jesus Christ.
We believe in the original teachings of the apostles and seek on a continual basis to be conformed to the teachings of the apostles and prophets. The Spirit of God directs and teaches us in this manner, and the power of God works to change lives.
I am currently working with three Iranian ministers who are now living in Turkey. They are reaching the Iranian refugee communities living there. Together we have established four new churches. Our vision and goal is to continue to support these pastors and work with them and their churches to teach, instruct, and preach the Gospel to them.
The Spirit of the Lord is working to draw and change the lives of Iranians in a powerful way. Nothing like this in the history of Islam has happened where such vast numbers are coming to Jesus Christ. There are many believers who have a burden to evangelize and pastor people. At the same time, there is a persecution taking place that is causing them to be scattered. However, many have no choice but to go to the West because of the lack of funding for their ministry.
They need assistance to travel and set up their lives in other countries so that they can reach those countries in the Middle East. I believe with all my heart that a former Muslim can reach a Muslim like no one else. God is moving in Iran and I do believe that he wants to use them in other Islamic nations. They need our support and involvement with their ministry. Please pray that God supplies these needs. We trust that he will supply all we have need of as we remain faithful to him and go with him step by step.
As time goes on, more ministers are expressing a desire to work with the team that is following the Spirit of God together. And, as time goes on, the need for financial support increases. Our desire is to expand beyond just the refugee communities in Turkey but to reach the Turkish people with the Gospel, and to reach other nations as the Spirit of God leads us. Assistance is needed for these Iranian missionaries on a monthly basis for their daily needs, church supplies, outreach materials, and travelling to various cities to evangelize.
We trust in God that he will move upon hearts to supply our every need. Please pray that God will help and direct us as we move forward in his plan.
