Death Threats Against Believers In Pakistan

I received word from a contact in Pakistan that pastors and evangelists who are actively sharing the message are being threatened by an Islamic group called Tahreeq-e-Taliban. This is not the Afghani Taliban, but a native Pakistani terrorist group that is supported by and partnering with the Pashtun Taliban. They are threatening to kill and attack them.

We ask that you would pray for the Bride of Christ in Pakistan. They desperately need God’s protection and safety as they fulfill the great commission of Mark 16, to bring the Gospel to their people.

As you know, Asia Bibi is imprisoned for blasphemy and many terrorist groups are calling for her execution. While she is the most visible Pakistani Christian in prison,there are thousands of others who face persecution, attacks, and threats on their life.
