On Saturday May 26, 2012 a group of Christians were celebrating a birthday party in Karaj, Iran. VEVAK (the secret police) learned about it and broke up the birthday party. All of them were arrested. VEVAK took pictures of each of them and gave them a placard to hold stating that they are Zionist Christians. My sources believe that the Iranian regime hopes to use this against pastors Youcef Nadarkhani and Behnam Irani as a part of their “documentary” that they are making to prove these pastors are criminals and not Christians.
We ask that you pray for their safety and protection since the idea of being a Zionist carries with it a stigma and the regime has used the charge of Zionism to execute people.
