God Moved Mightily in Zambia: 17 Baptisms, Healings & Fresh Revelation

It was an outstanding trip to Zambia, and we give God all the glory! I am deeply grateful to my host, Brother Mbulo Maxwell, who traveled with me the entire time and helped coordinate every detail.

From May 28 to June 9, I preached 11 services across Mpika, Mporokoso, Nakonde, and the capital city of Lusaka. The Lord moved wonderfully in every meeting, displaying His sovereign hand even amid significant challenges.

Vehicle troubles on the roads caused us to arrive late to one service and miss others. The first breakdown left us stranded in the bush. As I waited, I realized my usual American solutions—like roadside assistance apps or waiting in a comfortable shop—didn’t apply here. No Starbucks, no vending machines, no bathrooms. We sat on a small bench, and when nature called, a tree became my only option! Through it all, the Lord taught me patience and trust. We finally reached a hotel late that night, only for more issues the next morning.

Despite these delays, God worked with divine purpose. Our time in Mpika was especially fruitful, with seventeen souls baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. A young man with a club foot came for prayer—and reports say he is now walking on his own! Pastors also shared that “many people are testifying of healing even as the Word was being preached.” I’m eagerly awaiting more details to share.

The revelation of the open Word broke forth powerfully across many services, bringing great rejoicing. In several locations, I taught on biblical family order and the true meaning of headship. It was incredible to see hearts opened to these truths, often with deep conviction. Testimonies revealed a fresh understanding of love and how headship is to be lived out in homes according to Scripture—highlighting a real need for continued spiritual growth.

In the ministers’ meeting, we examined biblical church leadership and warned against the subtle deception of the white horse rider, which introduces artificial titles like “senior pastor” versus “pastor.” This is a dangerous step toward the deeds of the Nicolaitans because churches are controlled by founding or senior pastors overseeing multiple congregations and the pastors of those congregations, but we must return to Scripture’s simple pattern. Pastors eagerly took notes, with some traveling over 700 km from Lusaka and one even coming from the Congo.

It was encouraging to meet believers already following The Jason DeMars Podcast and carrying the End Time Message Handbook. We are confident the Word is taking deep root in Zambia and will continue bearing fruit worldwide.

We are deeply thankful for all the Lord accomplished. Please keep this work in prayer. We also discovered a great need for Bibles and message books in the cities we visited. We are raising funds and connecting with groups like Vision Books to help meet these ongoing needs.

We trust the Lord will open the way for a return trip later this year for a larger ministers’ meeting, gathering several hundred brothers to labor together in the Word.

Thank you for standing with us! Please share this report with your pastor and fellow believers. If you’d like to join a future trip, support pastors and missionaries carrying the End Time Message, or contribute to travel and literature needs, let us know. As the prophet said, “If you can’t go… send someone.”
