The Great Seal

The prophet of God speaks of the Great Seal on the back of the United States $1 bill.

Like if you got a dollar bill in your pocket, take it out and look. On one side it’s the American seal; on the other side it’s an Egyptian seal, the pyramid with the headstone way up above it, like an eye looking. And why would American dollar put beneath there, “The great seal”? Look like the American seal would be the great seal here. But the United States Government recognizes it whether they want to or not, the great seal. 176 Watch that pyramid as it shapes up, the Church. Justification, sanctification, baptism of the Holy Spirit, and then that’s got to be honed out to when… The Headstone never did come to the pyramid, It was rejected, just like the Cornerstone. Now, but when that Headstone comes… I’ve been to the pyramid; it’s just so perfectly fit, you couldn’t run a razor blade between it, where the mortar is at. And when the Church comes, that’s… When the Christ comes to receive His Church, the Church will have the ministry just exactly like that, and through that grace will raise the whole thing, then go. The coming of the Headstone; crying, “Grace, unto the Lord!”

When we look at the United States Government description of the Great Seal this is what we find:

(…) The pyramid signifies Strength and Duration: The Eye over it & the Motto allude to the many signal interpositions of providence in favour of the American cause. The date underneath is that of the Declaration of Independence and the words under it signify the beginning of the new American Æra, which commences from that date.– {1}

and again we find this:

“The designers of the Great Seal did not call it an “all-seeing eye” or the “eye of Horus.”
They referred to it as the “eye of Providence.” ” {2}

When the prophet referred to the “All seeing eye” it was clearly intended as the Founders spoke of the Eye of Providence.

Here is what some of the Founders said about the role of Providence in the birthing of America:

Our “firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence.” – Declaration of Independence, 1776

“The many signal interpositions of providence in favour of the American cause.” – official explanation of the Great Seal’s symbolism, 1782

“I entertain a fond hope that the same kind providence which has conducted us so far in our journey will open a way for the future happiness and prosperity of the United States.” – Charles Thomson (to his wife Hannah), 1783

“If it had not been for the justice of our cause, and the consequent interposition of Providence, in which we had faith, we must have been ruined.” – Ben Franklin (to William Strahan), 1784

“The frequent instances of a superintending Providence in our favour.” – Benjamin Franklin at Constitutional Convention, 1787

“Our sincere and humble thanks for… the signal and manifold mercies and the favorable interpositions of His providence in the course and conclusion of the late war.” – George Washington‘s Thanksgiving Proclamation, 1789 {3]

It’s interesting to note that the website for the Great Seal states that people should “stop demonizing the pyramid and the eye.”:

Thomas Jefferson said, “Eternal vigilance is the price of liberty.” Today we should appreciate people who alert us to emerging threats to our freedoms from international (as well as national and local) organizations that manifest the negative consequences of what’s termed “the new world order.” But they should chose a new symbol, and stop demonizing the pyramid & eye. {4}

It’s plain to see that bro. Branham was not alluding to any odd occultic undercurrent and actually was exactly in line with what the founders determined the Great Seal to represent.
