Christ Our Righteousness For the Rapture

There is no way for me to stress the importance of this teaching enough. It is very simple yet so needed for this hour.
The premise of this teaching is that only through the merits and righteousness of Jesus Christ will we make the rapture. Of course we know that. You do, but do you trust in something besides that to make the rapture? Are you trusting in how spiritual you are? In other words, have you ever felt like you were doing something or could do something to hold back the rapture? Do you think the Bride of Christ is doing something to hold back the rapture? People may be spiritually asleep and they may be in a position in their life where they should not be, but let me tell you, nothing will prevent God from catching away the Bride in the season He has ordained. According to Ephesians 4 the ministry is ordained to “for the perfecting of the saints for the work of the ministry…until we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God.” This is what God is doing in our day and age. Nothing will stop this purpose from being accomplished. If you are born of the Spirit walking in Christ your righteousness is of Christ. You are sinless in the sight of God and nothing will hold you back from the catching away of the saints.
Whether we make the rapture has nothing to do with your righteousness and your good works. It is all about the blood of Christ shed on the cross for your righteousness. You could never work yourself to be holy enough to make the rapture. You will perish in your sins if you think the church you go to or the holiness of your own character is holding back the rapture. If you think the church you go to or whether you are living good enough has anything to do with being caught up to meet Christ in the air YOU NEED TO REPENT! Satan has injected an idea in you that is leading to your destruction. The destruction of your faith and either your ultimate repentance and salvation or ultimately leaving the faith of the word of God.
Brothers and sisters, what rest and what peace this should bring to our hearts. If you born of the Spirit and feeding on the word of God you will have accomplished in you the purpose of God. The righteousness of Christ has been given to you by faith in his blood. NOTHING WILL STOP YOU FROM BEING RAPTURED. No man, no church, nothing can stop God’s work in you! Put your hope in the future grace. Because you are IN CHRIST NOW you will be caught up WITH CHRIST THEN! “Comfort one another with these words!”
Saved By Faith Alone

For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. Ephesians 2:8-9
Salvation is to be received as a gift from God. There is nothing at all we can do within ourselves to merit salvation. The righteousness of God demands that sin be punished. He is holy, perfect, just and righteous. He cannot forgive anyones sin based upon whether they did good works or were kind to their neighbor. When a sin is committed death is the punishment for it. But not just death per se, the punishment ensues after death when you enter into the suffering of hell. Your sin has offended an infinitely holy God and the just reward for sin is weeping and gnashing of teeth in hell. It’s not because God is cruel. It is because of His perfect holiness that goes way beyond anything we can even imagine.
But, God is also rich in mercy. He sent his Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be an atonement. An infinitely holy God required a perfectly righteous sacrifice. From the very beginning God required repentance and a sacrifice to cover sins. If he requires it once he must always require it to be just. That is exactly what was done. We deserve death and punishment and seperation from God. This is exactly what Jesus Christ did for us.
The Almighty God his Father poured out his wrath and our just desert upon Jesus. He took the punishment of God for our sins. He stood in our place and God can now be righteous and just as he looks upon us filthy sinners, deserving of hell and forgive our sins. He took our sins and put them on Jesus Christ and through faith He takes Christ’s righteousness and gives it to us.
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. 2 Corinthians 5:21
But, again, not everyone is automatically forgiven. How can MY sins be forgiven?
“For by grace are you saved through faith…” It is a gift given to us by God, freely, through sovereign grace. What part do we have in it? “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.” Romans 10:9 It is faith, even that faith is a gift from God. Nonetheless we are saved by faith. That faith is evidenced by a true repentance and a confession in baptism leading to a complete and total transfomation given to you freely by God. It is what is known as the new birth.
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17

The Days of Noah Return Again

“But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark. And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” Matthew 24:37-39
Typically, prophecy scholars teach that the coming of the Son of man is a sudden event. But does the Scripture teach us this? Yes and no. Certain aspects of it are immediate events, but other aspects of it are not. Take for instance this scripture. The coming of the Son of man is likened unto the DAYS of Noah. Not the day that Noah entered the ark, but the DAYS of Noah, a period of time before the flood.
The word coming there in Greek is “parousia” and it means presence. The presence of the Son of man will take place over a period of time. Before the flood they were living in pleasure and wickedness. Noah came with a message and warning that judgement was coming, but they continued on in their pleasure and in their wickedness not knowing that there was impending doom for them.
In this day we have witnessed the presence of the Son of man through the mighty works of God in the ministry of William Branham. God vindicated his ministry showing forth His presence through it. A message came forth calling for repentance and the world continued on and said, “I am rich and increased with goods and have need of nothing.” Just as in the days of Noah they were eating, drinking, marrying and giving in marriage not knowing that doom was near. The message in this day is the same as it was in Noah’s day. Noah taught the people that the Ark was the only place of safety. In this day, the Ark of the word of God is the only place of safety. We must enter into Christ to be safe from the judgment that is coming.
To reiterate, here is what happened in the days of Noah.
1. Noah had God’s message calling the people to enter into the Ark
2. The people were content to go on status quo not caring for God’s message.
3. God brought destruction upon the world
The points I am making are these.
1. The coming (presence) of the Son of man is an event that takes place over a long period of time.
2. A message has come to the church to repent and turn back to Christ the only place of safety. A message will soon come to Israel to repent through the two witnesses, Moses and Elijah.
3. The presence of the Son of man has been revealed through the ministry of William Branham.
4. The majority of the church world is continuing on status quo even though God sent a message to them.
5. God will judge this wicked world in a massive, unprecedented way.
