New Wave of Arrests of Christians in Iran

The message below is written by brother Firouz Sadegh-Khandjani.

God bless you,

Unfortunately the situation has changed since the morning. New people including my sister-in law were arrested this morning.

Here is the list of those arrested.

Sister Fatemeh My sister in law has been arrested today along with 7 other members of the church. My mother has narrowly escaped arrest, but the threat remains.

The pastor Behrouz or Marco was arrested last Wednesday in Shiraz. This is a hostage situation taking into account recent international developments. (It is considered a hostage situation as a result of the new sanctions against Iran’s nuclear program. They consider the West who leveled the sanctions Christian so they are punishing the west by persecuting the Christians.)

Here is the list of prisoners:

Rasht: Pastor Youcef Nadarkhani and his wife Fatemeh Pasandideh

Tehran (today): Fatemeh Kojouri Tork ( the wife of Pastor Behrouz), Mehdi and Mina Kerbalayi and their mother, Nahid, Bro. Afshin, Sister Mahsa , brother mid, Sister Nasrin

Karaj: Pastor Behnam Irani

Shiraz: Pastor Behrouz Sadegh (my brother or Marco)

I do not have all the information in that communication is difficult if not risky with Iran. The rest of the family and relatives have no means of communication.

You can protest by contacting the Embassy of Iran in your country and informing those around you.

Yours in Christ,

Firouz Andronicus Sadegh Khandjani
