To teach modesty of physical presentation to the modern believer is often termed fanaticism or legalism. Obedience to the word of God is not fanaticism, but is the expression, from our hearts, of our love to Jesus Christ. Jesus said, “If ye love me, keep my commandments.” John 14:15.
