The Gospel Is Going Forth In the Middle East

The Holy Spirit is moving with Iranians in amazing ways.  God is doing something very special to draw Muslims to Jesus Christ, and His work seems to be centered where the opposition is strongest.  In the past 20 years many Iranians have come to know Jesus Christ, and they have been spreading the Gospel in other Muslim countries.  Here is a testimony we recently received from an Iranian pastor who is currently in Turkey.

“I shared the Gospel with an Iranian Kurd, who is a Sunni Muslim. I met him a few months ago when I helped him with some UN refugee paperwork. He is the father of three children and he told me that his wife has a stomach problem. I shared my testimony with him and told him that God is a healer, and we would be praying for his wife.

The next day he came back to my house to share his testimony. He had been thinking about what I told him the whole night. After falling asleep he had a dream. He said, “A man dressed in a shining white garment came in the room and began laughing. After I met the man I experienced such a unique and strange peace.” He asked me to explain the dream.  I told him that I know the source and who the man is, but that my thoughts are not important.  He needed to receive it for himself. Then I explained why Jesus is our saviour, and gave him a New Testament to read.

Please pray for this man and ask the Spirit of God to move upon him and draw him to faith in Christ.
